This Privacy Policy explains how Coaching Impact Academy LLC and Ken Berry LLC (together, “PHD Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit www.phdhealthcoachacademy.com or interact with our services. Please read it carefully.

- Information you give us directly. Your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send through the contact form; your email address and name when you join the waitlist; payment information you provide during checkout (handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers).
- Information collected automatically.Your IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and time on site. This is gathered by cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for detail.
- Information from third parties. If you subscribe via Kit.com, sign in with a social provider, or enrol through a payment processor, those services share limited information with us (email address, transaction confirmation, etc.).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To send you program updates, enrollment reminders, and educational content if you joined the waitlist.
- To process enrollment payments through Stripe.
- To deliver the certification program content to enrolled students.
- To measure site performance, traffic sources, and popular content via Google Analytics (in aggregated, non-identifying form whenever possible).
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights of PHD Academy and our students.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our services:
- Email delivery: Resend (transactional confirmation + notification emails when you submit a form).
- Marketing email & waitlist: Kit.com (for the enrollment waitlist).
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (aggregated site usage data).
- Payments: Stripe (card processing and subscription billing for the Payment Plan; we never store full card numbers).
- Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel (site hosting and deployment).
- Video hosting: Vimeo (the promotional video embedded on the site).
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if necessary to prevent fraud or protect our legal rights.
4. Your Rights
If you are in the United States (including California)

Enrollment and billing records are retained for seven years to meet financial record-keeping requirements. You may request earlier deletion by writing to us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to production databases, and vetted third-party processors. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email support@phdhealthcoachacademy.com and we will delete it.
8. International Transfers
